Zach Myers
Lead Pastor
Zach started Oaks Church in Muncie, IN with a team of people during the summer of 2015. For three years prior to that he was a Staff Pastor at Clear River Church in Lafayette, IN. Zach’s responsibilities at Oaks include casting the overall vision of Oaks Church, teaching and preaching, overseeing staff, and leader development as the church grows. Before becoming a pastor Zach earned his degree in Agronomy from Purdue University. In his free time, you can catch Zach fishing, gardening, or spending time with his family. He and his wife Katie have four great kids, Knox, George, Felicity and Callum.
Austin tatum
Staff Pastor
Austin is a full-time staff pastor. His primary responsibilities include overseeing our Tuesday discipleship community and Oaks Youth. Austin graduated from Ball State University with a degree in Psychology. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, working out, woodworking, reading, and spending time with his wife, Taylor, and daughter, Hollyn and Son Eli!
Trey beachy
Staff Pastor
Trey serves as a full-time Staff Pastor at Oaks Church, where he oversees the Small Group System, Student Outreach, Facilities, and Special Events. Before joining the Oaks Church staff, Trey graduated from Ball State University with a degree in Nutrition. In his spare time, he enjoys running, playing pickup basketball, and spending time with his wife, Maddie, and their daughter, Sawyer.
Hollyn Neal
Office Administrator
Hollyn is our full-time Office Administrator. She takes care of our bookkeeping, manages the Sunday morning serving team, helps at special events, and generally helps the church run as a well-oiled machine! In her free time, Hollyn enjoys a good cup of coffee and spending time family.
Megan Sheptoski
Kids Director
Megan serves as the Director of Oaks Kids, where she is passionate about creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment for children to learn about and experience God in meaningful ways. She loves planning special events that bring kids and families together. Megan enjoys gardening, spending time outdoors, and making memories with her husband, Sean, and their four wonderful children.
Tiernan Bass
Pastoral Assistant
Tiernan serves as the Director of Oaks Youth and Media & Graphics at the church. Tiernan graduated from Taylor University with a double major in Christian Ministry and Biblical Literature. In his free time, Tiernan enjoys going on walks with his wife, Noel, running, cycling, and swimming.
